Places an online order last night and picked it up no prob. When I checked the bag I had an empty box. I checked closely and you can see that the protection sticker to help seal the box was cut with a razor. An employee must stole the product out of the box. They have a thief at the store so check you purchase before you leave. Waiting to talk to them today to see if I can be compensated for the $50 item I'm missing from my purchase 3/17 Update to story I just wanted to take the time to update my story. just returned from Story and want to thank them for replacing my product with no hesitation. They obtain a copy of your identification and provide ATM machines for customers without cash, charging a $3 fee. This practice may be perceived as exploitative, particularly since they own the machines. The customer service representatives demonstrated extensive knowledge and courtesy. Unfortunately, they were out of stock on most products, prompting me to visit a different shop. Notably, they offer a military discount for veterans. – Glenn Stu
