Really love this place, never had an issue since the place opened. I would consider myself a regular. My only issue is getting on the phone with employees. For the first time ever my cartridge from story was defective. I wanted to call and see if I could replace it tomorrow since I live a bit away but after 4 times calling I never had an employee pick up. All in all great service, great prices but I hope someone sees this so I can eventually get in contact over the phone since it seems to be a dead line. – Nick Years

terrible experience shopping here and the quality is mediocre compared to what you can find elsewhere. The supervisor Alyson is completely unprofessional and I'm shocked she's employed with that attitude even though i was double charged she acted like I was a nuisance .
