Lynn is always very enthusiastic about her job. She is always willing to assist on customer needs , whether we are indecisive about a product, or simply trying to find the one that best fit our daily needs- she always seems to know. They are friendly everywhere, but here, Jamie went above and beyond and played with incorporating extra items to maximize my sales discount and quantity. Whether you are a beginner or an old school stoner this is the place for you. The staff is unbelievably knowledgeable in regards to what plants, what strains and will assist you if you have ANY questions. Their staff is awesome, the customer service is wonderful throughout from the beginning with the outside to the security to the staff. This is new for me, and probably some other people my age haha but they also have topical creams that work wonders for anyone that has body aches. You might as well try it it's a great place right on Grand Ave in Elmwood Park. I haven't seen customer service this wonderful in almost any business in many many years.
