The online store is simple and straightforward. When there have been long lines I'm always surprised at how fast they move. Most importantly, the staff has always been very, very helpful. They must have one hell or a hiring manager because the folks at the the counter have just been great. Robin was the most recent but they've all been great over the years when I find myself in Illinois. – Justin Cook
Update: went back today (Sunday) only 3 bud tenders and a 50 minute wait! The line was insane and barely moving. This place has seriously gone down hill. I hear the other place has better deals, might need to check them out. This place scams you. When I placed my online order today the total was $90.20, so I stopped at a Kwik Trip ATM on the way because I really do not like Sunnyside’s round up system when you pay with a debit card. I pulled $90 from the ATM because I had a quarter on me. When I get there the older blond lady working told me that the tax went up because the THC content was higher…? I didn’t even get the highest option, the bud was 25% and I saw other options that were 30% and I really don’t see why that would change the total they gave me when I placed my order. So now she’s saying it’s $97, not $92. So now even though I brought cash I also had to swipe my debit card so taking the extra time out of my day to drive to the ATM before hand was pointless. And when it was all said and done I ended up paying $113 for my $90.20 order!!!! But hey, at least I got $3 back!! What a scam! How are you going to change someone’s total by almost $20 and then recommend that people bring cash!!!? I feel so angry like I was just taken for a ride by some old lady. It was wellness advisor 44663 she kept telling me it’s totally normal and actually a blessing because you get more THC this way! Yes, I definitely feel so blessed! 🙄 I won’t be back. I rather drive to Michigan and get way way waaaaayy more THC for my money and not feel ripped off when I leave. Attached are my receipts. Fix your problems!!!!!! – Jamie Christiansen
