The quality of my old shop on Colorado and Madre has gone downhill so I was looking for a new one. I stopped in on a Sunday night and there was one person ahead of me being serviced by the only other employee, Becca came from behind the register to ensure I was also promptly served. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. She even let me know about a special deal which I took advantage of. She truly was the best. This was the best experience I’ve had at a dispensary in years. This is surely going to be my new regular shop. Go often and ask for Becca! – Nikki Sixx
Went back today much pleasant attitude. Their system can read my passport and they got an attitude with me about it. Talking snarky to me again. And then no thank you again. I see that I’m not valued as a customer. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black I don’t know if it’s because I was having a bad day the last time but it’s pretty awful and yeah, they don’t want my money .Walked outside saw I was give incorrect product. Was told the description on weed maps is incorrect. I was not informed prior to my purchase so that I HAD THE OPTION to get a differ t item. I was not offered a refund. Had to get another two items in exchange and pay more. Then the bystander acted as if I offended her by stating it would have been nice if you told me that product is not that price instead of substituting without my knowledge. She didn’t proceed to tell me I wasn’t paying attention to the product just the name of the brand. So as a customer, I was penalized because the bartender was not paying attention and I don’t think that’s good. Customer service.
