Sweet Spot is a lovely shop with a wide variety of products. Brooke and Cam are the real MVPs, though. Their customer service is next-level. Warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. They make every visit feel effortless and fun, and their product recommendations are always on point. Also… do yourself a favor and grab the Tumbleweed pre-rolls while you’re there. The Cap Junky? Lol what a joke. Of all the dispensaries I've been to throughout the state, this is the worst. It's nice inside, but that's about it. The employee wouldn't even honor an incorrect pricetag on the shelf for a $10 discrepancy on an $80-$90 product. And the prices to begin with are 100% to 150% of most other dispensaries! Now thru the years I’ve been to quite a few dispensaries and visiting SweetSpot has well put a sweet twist in my books!! There are plenty of dispensaries in VT but to truly stand out with personable staff as I had with Elana today and the wonderful budtender service I met when I first walked in I felt instantly comfortable and welcome!!! This dispensary is an MSO that has outrageous prices that are not aligned with real market value. They had mislabeled prices on product that they wouldn't honor. Even so, 90 dollars after tax for 1 gram of rosin is crazy. After a 25% discount as a first time customer, the rosin was $67.50. Let me all do you a favor and take the 10 or 15 minute drive to Garcias and get the same product out the door for 60 dollars. The experience in the store was generally awkward as there wasn't much help and support and the products and menus weren't as present and easily accessible as other dispensaries. The budtender didn't seem to know much and I thought about stepping to help the customer myself. I've been to MANY dispensaries over the years and this one is NOT it. – Hunter Knox
