Terrible experience will never return sad used to go for years I remember when they first opened but overtime the people they hire are so rude n too busy trying to look cool with sunglasses on inside a building and they are complete idiots I showed the person a picture of exactly what I wanted trusted her paid left go to the car and realized that she totally sold me the wrong weight I needed 5.66 not 2.83 never once did I show or say a tenth how hard is it to do your job correctly I was gonna head back in and say something but the guy was so rude upfront plus I know all sales final so whatever I'll never return I do not recommend this dispensary at all – Lmorningstar614

I have no clue whatsoever why this dispensary would receive anything other than 5 stars. REALLY!! The dispensary parking is easy,greeters are extremely nice and professional and get you back quickly. The lobby is clean and comfortable. BUT the bud-tenders are my reason I continue to return, they're "PHENOMENAL!" Each one is very friendly, all with different personalities and knowledgeable of all products, making it a comfortable, easy process. All of them with knowledge base, suggestions galore if needed, just ask. I, of course, have a few favorite tenders (as does my family, we love the fella that puts you in the minset of Bob Marley), his personality is a winning one along with wanting to help educate. But we are thankful for all the bud-tenders and all the experience and great customer they pocess. THE PRODUCTS, I need more stars and could rate endlessly on all their products offered. I have tried several along with my family, and the quality of all the products offered is truly phenomenal and helped us all immensely. From the flower to gummies to cream and etc. Thank you for your great products, pricing, education, ease of business, Columbus location. **Terrasana Dispensary Review** I have been a loyal customer of Terrasana for several years now, investing an impressive amount of money—over $9,000- into their products. Initially, I was enticed by their rewards program, which promised exciting perks for dedicated customers. After diligently accumulating points, I finally reached 12,600 points, bringing me within reach of the coveted Puffco Peak Pro, a high-end vaporizer worth $300. However, my positive experiences have taken a sour turn in recent months. The first hurdle came when I inquired about redeeming my reward. I was informed that the managers only receive new Puffco Peak Pro units once a month, and my only option was to call repeatedly in hopes of getting one. This process felt discouraging and unwelcoming; the sense of urgency to claim a reward that I had earned after years of loyalty was frustrating. Things took a more disappointing turn when I was told that Terrasana would be scrapping the entire rewards program. The rationale provided was that the higher-ups were unsure if the program was profitable for the business. As a customer who has spent thousands at this dispensary, this news felt like a complete disregard for my loyalty. It was disheartening to think that all the time and money I had committed to this program would go unrewarded. Despite the disappointment, I continued to support Terrasana in the hopes that they may reconsider their decision and reignite their rewards program. However, the feeling of being taken for granted weighs heavily on me. At other dispensaries, I’ve noticed more competitive pricing and a generally better environment for customers. Yet, I had clung to the idea that my loyalty would be acknowledged. What has left me feeling the most disillusioned is the absence of effective communication from the staff. Instead of feeling valued as a long-time customer, I have experienced a consistent runaround with customer service echoing the same frustrating sentiments without offering any real solutions. My hard-earned rewards points now seem worthless, and I fear they will soon be obsolete without any means of redemption. In conclusion, while my initial experiences with Terrasana were positive, the recent changes to their rewards program have left me feeling undervalued and ignored. I urge the management to consider the dedication of their loyal customers, as well as the competitive landscape of the market they are in. I've had good experiences at this store until today. Right off the bat, the bud tender lectured me about how I shouldn't sign in when ordering online because it shows my email address instead of name on their computers and they need to see my name. However, the website prompts you to sign in every time and auto-fills all of the ordering info. So, it's much faster and easier. And it keeps track of your points when you're signed in. And if that is the case, they should fix their system, right? Apparently he didn't understand and kept showing me how to fill in the ordering info on his screen and how to compete a purchase without signing in. I mentioned that I wouldn't sign in anymore(even though that's the standard way for any company website) but that seems like a glitch in their system and it's confusing to customers so maybe they should fix the problem. He seemed frustrated, just ignored me and kept repeating himself and showing me how to not sign in. We finally got through that and I noticed the Sat/Sun 20% off "all"(keyword) Neighborgoods discount wasn't applied to my Neighborgoods order($175-ish total). He informed me that there was already a $10 off monthly discount applied so the 20% wasn't valid. So, Apparently "all" Neighborgoods products aren't 20% off and most of their products have an ongoing monthly deal. So basically none of the brands products are 20% off. Makes no sense. So I passed and they didn't get my money. Very odd backward way to do business. I'm not sure I'll be back, unfortunately. Not a good experience. – jsaund02
