Holy smokes! (Pun intended.) This place is really nice:) I felt really comfortable going in there the first time. There is a security guard right there when you walk in the door. He was very friendly and quickly explained the protocol. When I set up my membership, the staff was very informative and kind. An employee asked me what I was looking for and took me around the space for a little tour of what they have to offer. Also, when these reviews say the membership fee is worth it… 100% definitely worth it. Bonus: Dim lighting for a calm shopping experience. – Stephanie Newkirk
Best in the area! I was skeptical at first about trying this place from what I had read online about it being a membership only but I was pleasantly surprised. Edit: They have free memberships now Upon entering I was greeted by a security guard who asked if I had my membership card. I told him it was my first time and he explained how the place works. They are a members only place but spending 30$ will get you a membership for a year. Your first purchase can easily cover the cost and get the membership. After he explained the place I had to fill out some information and then I was given a tour of the place. They were all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Pros – Knowledgeable and Professional staff – Large Selection of products – Great quality products – Very good competitive prices. – Tons of freebie incentives. Like referrals, total money spent, or after a purchase. – Security Guard onsite. Cons Cash only. ATMs included onsite Poor Entrance location Difficult to locate initially Google maps location is incorrect They stopped doing referrals but are always improving. When I arrived I almost left because they have a sign on the door they says ' members only'. Do not let that deter you. I opened the door and they were sooooo friendly. I am from Delaware and was in NY for work and needed to relax. I didn't quite know what I wanted but I have my price point and told the guy to choose for me. He chose pink strawberries and temptation. After now smoking both he didn't let me down. Wish I got his name but thanks. – Big Slim
This store is shady as heck. It's in a shady back door like the place isn't even legal. They ask for a bunch of your info to "make an account"… then I but a few products against my better judgment and this is what I get… so disappointing they over charge when they have multiple thc fairs weekly. I called the facility told them they can look up my "account" so they know that this product was just sold to me…. but there is 'nothing' they can do… yes there is, starting with a better business practice. – Jen Daniels
