I've gone to this dispensary since it was on Harford Rd. I've spent thousands of dollars here, been loyal, and followed them to white marsh although it's further from me than other dispensaries. I was told by an employee that if I ever get a faulty cartridge, they will replace it with a working one. When I finally got a faulty cart, they didn't follow through. Miraculously, the cart they gave me on sale was faulty and when I went in to have it replaced, they gave me back the $5 I spent on it when it was on sale. This is for what is usually a $95 cartridge. They made an "exception" on the refund cause it was past their ridiculously short return period but refused to replace the faulty cart unless I paid the difference of the cart at retail price. I emailed their support team about this and haven't received a response for almost 5 days now. Their GM had the "decency" of making an exception on the refund cause it was past their return time but asked me to email the support team for any further assistance. If anyone works in retail, you know that email comes back to the GM and anyone running the particular store. Thousands of dollars spent at the same facility mean nothing to these people. You're just providing the shareholders and owners with profit. The hourly paid employees see no value in you. You all truly showed that is meaningless to be loyal to a brand when they can't take care of you when a problem arises. Shady business practices have cost them my future business. – Juan Garcia

I went through the drive-thru for a online pick up order and a bud tender (brown-skinned woman with braids) suddenly began interrogating me with, “Are you okay? Are you sure? Are you sure sure?” reading into my mood as if she were trying to play therapist. I asked her to stop, and when she kept pushing, I told her if she wanted to get into people’s heads, maybe she should become a psychologist. I asked for my ID, money, and order and left. Fast forward TWO months later. I return to drive through with my wife and daughter in car this time. Same worker. Out of nowhere, and before finishing the order, she begins ranting to my wife about how “her husband was rude,” saying she needed to stand up for herself and how much a mean man I am. She singled me out again, this time in front of my child, and tried to reignite a non-issue that had happened months ago. It was unprofessional, inappropriate, and frankly a little disturbing. As a paying customer, I never expected a bud tender to act like a self-appointed moral judge… especially in front of my family. Management: you need to train your staff on boundaries, emotional regulation, and basic customer professionalism. I come here to pick up my order and LEAVE, not to be psychoanalyzed, labeled, or publicly lectured about a conversation that’s been dead and buried. And FYI, the manager on that shift stood beside her drinking a big gulp or something as she "vented". Let's demand more people, don't let them make us uncomfortable trying to pick up a purchase. – Michael D

I was there like 2 days ago and I had a really REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE… tall, young dark guy was so so sweet and helpful beyond my expectations FOR REAL. Everyone was so nice. They were all helping because I had a few questions. That’s the kind of service I love! People awesome – store was really very nice – products I purchased are exactly what I wanted (very very good) and for me there was zero waiting time to be helped. Overall for me 100% perfect and definitely will be back. I’m really looking forward to going back next time I’m in area. – Brad Brown
