Staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and great listeners every time I have come in. They are always able to find a good alternative if what I am looking for is out of stock or has been discontinued. Every product I have tried is high quality and effective. The packaging on everything looks great. Labels are clear, concise, and well-designed. Sales are well thought and worth timing your visits to. The store itself is beautifully decorated. It is always clean and pleasant. No other dispensary in town has such a great vibe to it. – Long Live Clippy
Went on my birthday recently, however, this is combined with a visit I had about four months ago too. When I went in four months ago, I was helped by a young man who didn’t seem very knowledgeable, and he seemed rush, and kept forgetting I was medical when I’d ask for medical grade products. When I stopped by this past week, man, the guy could care f’ing less if I was there or not. No eye contact, super rude, rushed, don’t give AF attitude. Nothing I wanted was available, had no clue about other stuff. It was just off. Can’t believe I sat through the traffic that’s going on, on Eubank just for this. My first ever visit to this place was dope. I remember how impressed I was. This third time will be my last. As a long-time medical patient, it’s so sad to see how many dispensaries have just deteriorated within the past two years. If the competition is that steep, well shoot, go above and beyond in customer service and product availability at the very least. Consistency is key. I’ll keep sticking to my only two reliable dispensaries that seem to be left. – Jaysa
