They've got the best quality flower in the Lansing area! No remediated products either, which is a huge deal to me, considering it's became the norm in most shops, which is sad to see. This is now my regular spot for flower! Excellent customer service, he eliminated the awkwardness and was professional! 2/4/25 You are doing yourself a disservice if you haven't been here yet. Their staff, led by the Manager Hallston, are rock stars! They've consistently got the best flower in the area, and my most recent visit totally blew me away. They have some of the best flower I've ever personally seen in my 11 years smoking and time around this plant. What's even more impressive is that they grew it in house, in this very building! I have been going to the Botanical for a couple of years now and have always loved the environment and staff. They always provide great suggestions. The staff never rushes you to get out of the store. They also really wants to help find a product that works for you. This is the only dispensary I shop at, and it will continue to be my go-to. First time visiting from FL and had the pleasure of working with Abby. This is not just a store it’s a manufacturing facility and they have live video of the grow house, so cool!
