Turns out he's the management owner… He helped me with the choosing of a good disposable vape called Luigi and it comes with an infused pre roll in it. One of the vapes I got there was faulty and he accommodated me Very kind of him and the security guy too. Y'all are good people. I’ve been coming to this dispensary for years and have referred friends and family, but after this experience I won’t be returning. I spent about $60 on a cartridge and battery that were sold to me together. Once I got home, the battery would not work or pull at all—even after being fully charged overnight. I went back the very next day asking for help, an exchange, or any kind of solution. I was told they “couldn’t do anything” and that I had to come back another day to speak to a manager. When I returned, I was told that the employee made a mistake and sold me a cartridge and battery that aren’t compatible with each other. Despite admitting it was their error, they still refused to resolve it. Their reasoning was that “there’s nothing wrong” with either item individually. The only “solution” they offered was for me to buy another cartridge to fit the battery they sold me… and if I wanted to use the original cartridge sold to me, I’d need to buy another battery. In other words, I was expected to spend even more money to fix their mistake. Selling incompatible products, admitting the error, and then refusing to exchange or refund anything unless the customer spends more money is extremely scammy behavior. Customer service should stand behind their sales, especially when the mistake is on their end. Very disappointing experience from a place I used to trust. – Samantha Ayala
