They hand out coupons for 50%off anything that isn’t glass, pipes, or a sale/discounted item. So I made an online order for a $50 vape pen that’s not on sale or discounted in any way. When I went in to purchase it I was told this coupon just so happen to not work on my item and I’d have to pay full price. This is a classic bare and switch tactic used to draw customers in then tell them they must either pay full price or switch to a less desirable or more expensive item. This is very illegal and can be reported to the FTC – Xander Guy

Employees miss represent products. Such as flavored cartridges and refuse to exchange because of the law….. but apparently the GM can over step that. Teach your employees about your products. My money isn't theirs to waste. They miss represent their products knowing they can't return them. I'll feel scamed. First off, It is a law to not exchange cartridges. Why did your " knowledgeable" employee offer to call the owner to see if he can over step it? Second, if your employees can't answer a question like…. does it have flavor correctly, why would I trust their "knowledge" on anything else? Third, it's a pretty easy question. Does it have flavor or not…. And last , I asked your employee a question several times. I was given the incorrect information about a product YOU carry, by YOUR employee and you have the nerve to write back on my review that some how it's my fault? Visited here last Saturday after receiving a flier in mail. It was ok. The place was pretty busy, I was surprised to be helped so fast. I soon understood why, the service was super rushed, I had several questions and asked for help to find the most suitable product for me as I was not familiar with lots of the brands. The gentleman was obviously annoyed I did not have my order ready and answered my questions so fast I did not really even understand what was he saying. If you know exactly what you want and looking for fast in-and-out I would recommend this place, however if you’re looking for a friendly neighborhood budtender there are other dispensaries around – Alexandra Espana
