Product has always been ok, with exception to runny, unpacked, loose shake pre-rolls. I experience fine service from employees, willing to help if you ask the right questions. I did inquire about their " last chance " shelf ( Ive previously been told these are the discounted items). I had to individually ask content and price for each item. After 1 bin out of apx 6/7, I was over it unfortunately. It would of been helpful & time saving for both of us, had the employee stated a rough idea of the content and either apx or exact pricing for some items, rather then having me point out each item and ask every question. The employees know the good deals and it just seemed the person I encountered didn't care to share that info. I like deals too ! Lol. I do think both myself & the business would benefit from eccentric employees that are informative & sale driven. Overall it was an ok, average buying experience. I've also never had the employees offer information regarding my account or any special offers available to me. I have asked and had options available, however they've never offered to inform me of any personal or general sales or opportunities; maybe that is company policy?!? 🤔 – Sam Carter
