Best dispensary in Sturgis, small town local business atmosphere, great products, decent prices, what more can I say? Oh yeah, the staff are friendly and down to earth. I can't remember at the moment if his name was Shane or Sean but he went above and beyond when he forgot to apply My rewards points. It was just about an hour before closing and there was no management. He made a $20 mistake and made up for it and apologized a million times but I told him it was all good. Anywhere else they would have just sent us out the door pretended nothing happened and I would have been hurting more financially thinking I got my rewards taken off when they hadn't been. But the folks at the dude don't do that sort of stuff. If they make a mistake they make it right and they rarely make mistakes anyway. This was the first time anything had happened like that and I've been there like 25-30 times since I moved here earlier this year. But yeah keep doing what you're doing. Y'all are doing a great job. My experience for the first time wasn’t bad in sturgis. The selection is quite small but My budtender was good and def wanted to make sure I got some good deals and price matched puff which was awesome! However the girl who was at the cash register was rude. Not sure if she even looked at me or said one word to me beside my total. She could definitely work on her customer service. – Kailey Malicki
