Love the herb, but what makes this place so awesome is Alli at the front desk. Her personality and spirit are awesome and she is so nice to my dogs and gives them treats. I Like the atmosphere that this place promotes. I was a long time customer of grow life but they have totally catered to there rec people and that rubbed me the wrong way. . This place still has that mom and pop shop feel, which I love. Also ER has exceptional pricing. Thanks ER! – Danny Ballard

Sad to write this review as I actually love(d) this place. They had great products. Not sure what’s happening if it got bought out or just a business model change but it’s rapidly going downhill. Less product, lower quality, higher prices and they’ve done away with the rewards points system. After spending probably 5 figures at this dispensary it’s sad to say I’ll have to find a new home soon if something doesn’t change for the better. Get the solvent less ready to go vapes back and at the old price. Starting to charge more and only selling lower quality distillate is not the branding your company was built on. Edit for response from owner; Your bud tenders are not the issue, the ones who have worked there for a while are absolutely amazing!! However if you don’t even carry a quality product how do you expect them to “help me find” something you no longer sell? – John Thompson

I love Epic Remedy products but I love this specific location the most. I have had my red card for 5+ years and have remained very loyal to this location because of the staff and product. The environment is so welcoming and I love how friendly all my bud tenders are. I always recommend Epic Remedy on Austin Bluffs and Academy because they’ll never do you dirty! – Alexis Sharp

I’ve been going to ER for quite awhile now and was more than satisfied. The staff has incredible knowledge and they really get to know the customers and go above and beyond to bring satisfaction. Very recently they changed their system and I was informed yesterday no more good customer discount. It has made me take pause and wonder if my thousands of dollars I’ve spent at ER just was to make sure the owners can all drive luxury vehicles????? And on top of that the prices recently went up on many products. What gives owners of ER. – Marca Dagenais
