I expected to grand re-opening to be better by advertising. With the penny product and free samples… I inquired about the samples after I got my penny pre-roll and was told the penny prerogative was the sample. Idk maybe I read the advertisement wrong but I thought there was a penny product of my choice and understood the samples were in addition to the penny prerogative. I wouldn't give 1 star for this alone though. I gave the 1 because the staff wasn't very friendly and didn't explain the grand opening deals before my purchase. FYI I was a walk-in not an online order. They basically could have sold me more then I purchased if the were more than cashiers. Do better. Maple Glen, owned by the same people, has always made me feel welcome. – Stephanie

Hunter was an amazing guy to work with! He answered all my questions that I had on a specific item I was buying i had a lot of questions as I'm a picky buyer but he totally impressed me with his kind warm welcome to what product I ended up getting from him was some of the best I've had in quite a while! Just wanted to give this place and hunter a little love much appreciated! Only reason for 4 stars is a little pricey even with discounts and tax you have to pay stinks but they give great customer care and actually care about what they are giving their customers. This place rocks. This has to be my favorite dispensary in Rockford to go to. The people are pleasant happy and joyful. If you have any questions or concerns they will accommodate you the best as possible. Will keep coming back – kaboose gaming
