Completely illegal business. They sold my friend and I products illegally, but when we went back the next day they completed denied the entire interaction. They also apparently got in trouble with police officers and bragged about it directly to me by showing me the police report. The service was extremely hostile and when I said I felt uncomfortable they kicked me out of the store. Law enforcement needs to investigate this place. Seriously. The condescension towards paying customers is beyond disgusting. It's disappointing that a business designed to elevate people's moods hires such negative, fraudulent individuals. The owner himself even keeps denying any illegal activity, which is all documented and on camera, because he knows he messed up. It's such a shame, honestly. A genuine apology for their treatment and behavior would help but it's obvious they don't know what they're doing, have a poor hiring system, and are unable to take any accountability for wrongdoing. Not the energy you want or need from this type of business. The response to this review just further proves that the store is afraid of being called out for their actions and hypocrisy. I suggest shopping elsewhere if you want to give your money to honest, hard-working people. Literally outright threatening to call the police on a paying customer and then posting photos of them online without their consent that make your case even worse because you performed a documented illegal activity and are upset about being called out is the epitome of immaturity and insecurity. – Phoebe Aronds
Just placed my online order and they filled it same day! Customer service is ALWAYS top tier at The Hemp Social. Staff is SUPER helpful and always letting me know what new products the store has, even give samples when they have ! It’s ALWAYS such a pleasure shopping here whether it be online or in store. Broke their own policy and failed to request any ID, committed a crime by doing so. When addressed refused to acknowledge their mistake. They then doxxed and threatened to call the cops on a fellow paying customers and claimed "harassment" because the customer left a negative Google review. Weird and immature owners. Unsafe and illegal practices and dangerous behavior towards clients, 0/10 don't go here. – Sami Lei
