I’ve ordered from this dispensary a few times but noticed a somewhat shady action during my last visit. I made the order online to pick it up myself. The online order total came to $55.75 with tax. However, I noticed I was charged $57.00 when reviewing my bank account this morning. My physical receipt that i’ve attached shows a total of $57.00, but with a discrepancy of $0.50. Notice the receipt says there’s nothing due to me. This was not a rounding issue, they pocketed money they weren’t entitled too. Also, the order numbers are different between the one online and the one on the receipt. These are minuscule amounts of money for a customer but would definitely add up over time for the store. What a great place. All these places that popped up in the city disappeared or the bodegas – got out of control – having found The Herbal Care has been amazing. The environment is classy and everyone who works there is beyond friendly and makes you feel welcome. Love the history tracking so you can learn what weed you ‘need’.
