Been here a few times coming home. I live closer to the 78th location, so going there is prime for me. I was on my way home from the doctor's office and decided to get my favorite pre-rolls. I pre ordered online and they picked the infused and i didnt want that i wanted the reg $7.00 Doubles. The person I was dealing with was this old lady. I told her that's not what I ordered, and she was visibly pissed. Tossed the container on the counter; it slid right off onto my feet. She didn't even make the effort to place it in the bag she had taken the other one out of. So I picked up the one she tossed at me, paid my bill, dumped out the bag, and walked out. This type of treatment is just one of the pit falls of being a person of color…. That was the last time I went to this location, not realizing the 60th location is spot on. So I go there or the one on 78th. I've been to them all and prefer the 78th location and the 60th location on St. Johns. But regardless of location, the service is generally on point, esp. at the 78th location. But you will find a bad apple in every box. – Tavian Haze

Taking my buisness elsewhere, you didn't even address that he didn't take my ID as I entered as everyone else does. Even though as you said the other customer was at the atm) But no the manager just getting in has to? Nor me stating that last time he helped someone who came in after me, leaving me to wait for another bud tender? You could just apologize for his behavior but you pretend that what he's doing is right. Well I hope his employment is worth all my buisness For obviously there is some sort of animosity with this employee, I honestly thought better of you after last time, but I guess not. – GAGES STAGE
