5 Stars – Exceptional Service and Experience! I was visiting from out of town and stopped by this dispensary—and I’m so glad I did. The service was absolutely exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything clearly, including how all the products are grown right here in New York. The young woman who helped me was especially kind and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole experience. Her polite and professional attitude really stood out and made my visit even better. This is hands down the only dispensary I’ll be visiting whenever I’m in Syracuse. Great setup, great, friendly staff, great product, and great prices! The location is very nice and easy to access from any direction you may be coming from, and there is plenty of parking as long as it's not busy downtown with festivities. Worth a try! – L Cruz

There aren’t enough words to express how great this store is- the name truly says it all! Harmony was by far and away THE BEST budtender I have EVER had the pleasure to do business with. She left no stone unturned in making sure I got exactly what I needed; and because of this I will only purchase from this establishment from now on. And I got a free tshirt! When you spend a certain amount; you can choose from a few designs even.
