When in today (June 9th, 2025) and asked for a battery that had a charging port on the SIDE, not the BOTTOM. The worker told me the mfused model he had in stock would fit the bill and handed one in a box to me. I paid for it, went out to my car, opened the package (without breaking any seals, etc.) and found that the charging port was, in fact, ON THE BOTTOM! I immediately took in back inside and explained the problem. The worker said he couldn't take it back; NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS! – John S.
