I used to live nearby and would come here all the time! They always had great deals and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I visited again recently and noticed they’ve done a remodel and raised quite a few of their prices. Despite the changes, the staff was still just as friendly and helpful as before, which made the visit enjoyable. – LR L
Meh… Overpriced but the selection was nice, the store is put together in a manner that flows and makes sense. The staff was not it, though. Ethan gave me excellent customer service today. And I'm not surprised but very impressed. I am a newer customer. I've been popping in every so often to this location. And today I finally had some questions. Ethan was able to answer all of them. Gave me even a little bit more information. So that I knew when to come in. And for what kind of specials. He was knowledgeable about the strains. It's appreciated. Ethan has helped me a couple other times before. Every time he's friendly and helpful. There was a lady manager who was also very professional and funny one day. She was understaffed and it was busy. She handled it very well. She seems very capable. That's also appreciated. I've been in customer service for 27 years. I've helped run small a business and now essentially run my own small business. I know what goes into hiring people who can provide good customer service. I've had a few interactions with other employees and they've all been positive. That says a lot about who your hiring manager is or the owner themselves. Thank you for providing me with good customer service I rarely receive. Thank you for having some awesome and amazing and funny people. And making my experience there in the store a positive and enjoyable one. I've never had a bad experience. Thank you very much for that.
