I want to give this place many stars As I have been going here since it opened. I will change this later if this changes but they do not ever answer the phone. I call to try to make sure what I want is there and they do not answer almost every time I call. Then I make the drive only to find they don’t have what I was looking for. The website inventory doesn’t seem to be accurate either. Would really like to give a good review but the customer service really needs to be responsive and do basic things like answer the phone. I literally just called this morning at 10:45am and again no answer. Back a month ago they said they were having phone issues. This isn’t hard to resolve. Any business that doesn’t answer their phone is just purely irresponsible. Forward the phone to your cell phone or Do something please about your phones! – DeForest Brown

Don’t buy carts from here. Burnt cart and wouldn’t even exchange. Dude longwindedly told me to speak to corporate after the weekend lol and disregarded anything I said about it being faulty. I just left the cart and receipt there, told him don’t even worry about it I don’t even want a refund and keep your trash product. Weird lanky dude in glasses told me to never come back for leaving it on the counter. Why would I when your customer service and policy is trash. Sucks cause I’m local and this is the closest to my spot, but I would rather drive the extra distance to another dispensary for a better experience all together. Kush21 has no problem fixing any cart issues, never had problems there and the staff is consistent with customer service. – David
