My first time there I was very impressed with the selection and service. The staff was knowledgeable and professional and they had exactly what I wanted which a lot of stores in the area don’t carry. I was very overwhelmed trying to decided what to get being that it was my first time but I am very impressed by how well versed they are with knowledge as well as the excellent customer service provided! The guy who attended me was very cool and helpful but the flower is absolutely terrible and just feels like a complete waste of 50 dollars . I tried some and was so dissatisfied that I genuinely don’t even know what to do with the rest of it . – Punch LeFlare
Everyone in the shop is so pleasant and knowledgeable unless you’re talking about the security guard. No smile, no welcome. It’s like he looks down at the customers. Once I handed my ID to scan and he said, “no put it on the desk!” That’s is not how you speak to people. Now I automatically put it on the desk and don’t even acknowledge him. Other than him everyone is kind and informative and prices are the best around. 😉 – Allie Rodriguez
