AWFUL SERVICE!!!! My experience at The Garden tonight was completely unacceptable. My boyfriend and I came in around 8:10 PM, excited to explore and make a purchase. We were greeted by a woman at the front desk who handled security as well, slim build with her hair in a puff, and from the very start her tone was rude, cold, and condescending. The first thing she said to us was, “Do you know what you’re looking for?” Not in a helpful way, but in a dismissive tone that made us feel like a burden. When we politely asked if they had Nigerian Haze, she responded with, “If you don’t see it on the kiosk, it ain’t here.” Wow. What great service, right? We’re both very friendly soft spoken people and we were honestly shocked at how unwelcoming she was. I told my boyfriend we should just leave and we walked right across the street to Nightjar, where we were warmly welcomed with smiles and treated with genuine respect. The difference in energy was night and day. It’s a shame for a business to lose customers over someone who clearly has no interest in being professional or helpful. She is not suitable to be the face of any business. We will not be returning. – Official Shanty

Today I went in for an afternoon pick me up. I took the suggestion of Billie, which I am very happy with. I told her what kind of vibe I wanted and she lead the way. I got the 52 Bomber pack. Billie, KP, and Tekyah included me in on a discussion of a couple of other strains by the same brand that I will definitely try next time. I had a great visit at the shop because of level of knowledge the three bud tenders that helped me today. Thanks for being patient, fun and attentive to my needs!!! – S Ronae Robertson

Mimi is definitely on point with her customer service and interpersonal skills. Human Resources, you did a wonderful job hiring this lovely individual. I felt more than comfortable as a first time customer and quite elated to share the experience for more people to experience for themselves. Awesome spot with an awesome team. And the they have parking behind the shop! Update: Stopped back in and the prices are still great. The store was set up nice and ready for the holiday season with gift boxes and a gift wrapping station! – Robert Hayes
