The Refinery Dispensary Kalamazoo

First time coming in, Amie was great! Super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to answer all my questions. They also had great first time customer deals. All of the staff seemed wonderful. I noticed staff greeting their regular customers and you could tell they were genuinely happy to see them. I enjoyed my experience here. I am not an avid cannabis user so I’m always a bit nervous going into a dispensary because there are so many options and terms I don’t know. Check-in was easy and I was relieved to see there was a water bottle fill station because I went on 100+ degree day. Aimee was my personal budtender and helped me find exactly what I wanted. They had great specials, including a 30% off for first time customers. I would recommend. Also, they accept cards, which is nice because some dispensaries are cash only. – Jenna Gadille
