Alex is an great bud tender and she was very nice and sweet and showed different types of bud options and on her first try she got it right honestly she got a good touch for the best taste in bud. I would totally ask for her next time I come and I’ll recommend her to others to. They also gave out great coupons for when you first come in I think this might be the best there is. – Nyshonna Gordon

Can’t say after my last experience I will ever be returning. Around Christmas, I had called previously about a cartridge I had purchased that never worked and told to bring it back with packaging and receipt; but I never got to the point where I was even able to make the exchange nor wanted to speak to the people running the floor. When my friend and I stepped to the counter; the tender was very unavailable for our interests. We kept saying we were looking at low tier for budget and quantity. The tender just kept shoving platinum tier stuff that was at the complete opposite end of our price range in our face, relentlessly. I mean, he was not listening to us at all. After his third or fourth push, it reads all over my face I’m about ready to just go because this is becoming more and more like a salesman pitch for commission; when all of a sudden he comes up with this perfect flower that’s exactly in our price range and “it’s so good I’ve been selling this ALL DAY!” Another tender was like “yeah omfg this stuff is so good! I’m gonna buy some when I’m off!” Backing the guy up and really pushing this flower. So my friend and I said sure, bag it up well take a few ounces. Out of nowhere that same woman pops up and starts making a huge commotion waving her arms and shouting at us “we can’t sell this to you! Is mislabeled! We can’t sell this to them! OMG!” And gets on her walkie talkie going “we got a situation up here!” What? What kind of backup is required for a misprinted label? And she’s making this huge scene over I’m not exactly sure what the problem is why this flower was mislabeled or why they could sell it to everyone else all day but when it’s our turn, it’s an issue. Idk She panicked, we panicked. So we just left, without any hesitation, it was seeming like some New York switcharoo street scam. I was never able to exchange my cart, we bought nothing. I am a type of person that tries to remain very low key and just the constant pushing for flower I can’t afford was embarrassing for me. On top of the over the top situation with having to call in backup like bogies on a red wire during a crisis, just honing in all the attention to us and everyone staring at us like we did something wrong, was rough. After I left, I though about how the two budtenders I regularly deal with (I’m gonna miss Malik) were the reason I kept coming back to ONLY this store; and how it’s because of these two new people that I will never be back. Poorly trained, absolutely no social cue awareness, and obviously disorganized is an understatement. You scared us off. Like truly, ran us out of there with the drama. $40 gone for a dead cart. We have been going next door to Vibes for the last several months and everytime we even look at your building, we just shake our head and say “remember that fecal storm?” I even had a cricket in my flower one time over last summer and didn’t even leave a negative review because I enjoyed coming here. Guess it’s also time to post Jiminy’s fate. Bummer. – Jo
