Just left the shop in SLO and was so excited I was able to apply my earned points/discount, however, because I was forced to use their ATM (because their card system is no longer working due to Tom the manager not preparing for this issue), half of my discount went away to ATM fees. So, that sucked and this will be the last time I visit The Roots in SLO. Tom seems to not really care about the customers. His employees are great, but Tom and his procedures, not so much. – Tim Harl

Very sweet staff and they always have smiles on their faces!! Very quick service. Will go back for sure in the future and spread the word about our small town….where we always have "ROOTS"!!!
