I'm a very loyal customer been there several times I get top shelf to return my rewards in for a gram every time I keep getting 0.6 I called to complain and all they did is set the phone down for 5 minutes and 20 seconds and I finally hung up so watch your top shelf watch him weight the grams I guess they don't give a s* for what we paid for and this wasn't the first time this is the third time I got 0.6 I am on a feeding tube I don't get out much and to be cheated out of what I paid for sucks now I'm stuck at home again for almost another month and I only go there that sucks. – Kathi Montalvo

Tip your receptionist as well!!! She’s the protector of the bud tenders! And she doesn’t play about them! I witnessed a hostile customer asking for personal information about a bud tender they got disrespectful when she informed them that they don’t give out that information and even called her numerous derogatory names but she handled it oh so swell! She’s firm with the rules but super friendly at the same time. I came in looking for a product they didn’t carry I was gonna leave but she promised if I would find something I liked! Now I’ll never shop anywhere else! We won’t call her Loveless which is the name she gave but young lady me and husband appreciate you!! – Minnie Clay
