I recently started working in the city, and found this place, when i tell you !!! 😍😍🥰🥰 the service, the atmosphere, the products, everything was absolutely 1000/10! there was a gentleman at the front who checks your ID (because ofc 21+), named ‘dom’ absolutely calm and interactive! made me feel welcomed as soon as i came in, as he’s checking my ID! there was a girl inside, named ‘kit’ she was so kind and offered me help right off the bat! i asked her, her recommendations, and told me about promotions that are going on right now, with the dispo i was purchasing! loveddd it 😛😛😛😛 – Celine Sahadeo
I get an email from TTA saying I have 532 rewards points – ok, awesome – so I place an order for some gummies. Online payment of $5.28 (sales tax + small tip) is successful – but upon arrival they don’t have my order in their system (yes, I double checked the location before ordering). So, I am told to re-order at the kiosk & they will apply the points at the register. Clerk says it’ll be $3.50, I pay with a $5 bill and leave. Despite the first order never being fulfilled, the bank charge was never refunded… so they double charged me. I’m not trying to be petty over an extra $5 here but you shouldn’t charge someone’s account if you don’t actually fulfill the order. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle – you offer a reward for being a loyal customer and then charge them twice. – Daniel
To put it short i felt like John Wick going to the sommelier…Professional, knowledgeable and courteous service with a great atmosphere and great stock/selection. Definitely my go to when in town. Shout out to the staff and the manager who were all so very helpful. The Rock the Bells festival 2025 will always be an epic memory for me in part to you all. – Jason Plummer
