already hate this store as is. terrible service per usual. only come here as a last minute resort and now i never will again. placed an order on dutchie only for the gm to tell me they don’t accept dutchie after already paying.. why are you even on there and why is store sending me confirmation emails that my order has been placed?? then they didn’t even give me the order… but i’m glad bc now i will go to mighty lucky from now – Blazzze
Decided to delete my review of this scam shop cause I received a phone call from the Director of operations wanting to remedy the situation and find solution so I decided to go back and give it another try. Keep in mind I’ve spent way over $1000 my first week finding this shop as I’m new to NYC. I’ve tipped the staff 50$ everytimei picked an order up and have been a loyal customer. Literally the second I ask about why none of my rewards points were adding up or wanting to use them the staff turned extremely nasty especially a guy named Spank. I had to get in line and get out of line 3 different times just to ask for help and the staff just looked at me puzzled. I feel like such a clown for tipping the staff hundreds and felt super threatened by a man named Spank. Luckily I found Fluent Cannabis nearby that carries strains and brands Im familiar with like Alien Labs and Connected from California. . The Travel Agency is a tourist trap scam shop. Not for locals or returning customers . Rewards program doesn’t exist just a heads up. Went in for some weed and let empty handed and absolutely mortified. Thanks Travel Agency! – Dillon Barrie
They do not accept any ID besides new york state issued. No passports, out of state or nyc id is accepted. Never had any issues at any other ny dispensary besides The Travel Agency. Very odd they refused entry for my nyc ID and obviouslywell over21. Needless to say I'll never be back to any of their locations. Also seems like most of these reviews are one review accounts (fake reviews) AVOID if you have any out of state ID, a passport or ny city id. – ig K
