I have gone into this shop multiple times, and unfortunately my experiences with an employee named Justin have made me extremely uncomfortable. Each visit, he makes personal comments toward me that feel flirtatious and inappropriate for a professional setting. I come in as a customer expecting a respectful, business-focused interaction, but instead I am subjected to remarks that feel like he is hitting on me rather than helping me. It creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. In previous conversations, he has made deeply inappropriate comments about his personal relationships that should never be discussed with a customer. Being placed in that position felt awkward and intrusive. As a customer, I should not have to navigate someone’s personal boundaries while simply trying to make a purchase. The overall behavior feels volatile and crosses professional lines. Employees working directly with the public should maintain respectful, appropriate conduct at all times. I hope management takes this seriously so other customers do not feel the same discomfort I have experienced. – Jamie Smith

Best shop in town. Best product and Best prices. Ron is always friendly and on point with his recommendations and bud knowledge. He is great at remembering what I usually go for, and regularly recommends new product that he thinks I might enjoy. The only negative with this place is actually a huge positive; they have had 40% for over a year, going on two years, which is great. But at some point its not a discount if its always at a discount, that just becomes the price. I wish I could spend the points I collect on product, as the highest % off with my reward points is 35%. Since it has been 40% for over a year, my points are essentially useless. Now, I am told I can use them on merch, glass pieces, etc. What if I do not want to purchase any of that? Their rewards system becomes useless when its always at a higher discount. But like I said, that negative is a positive, they have better prices on better quality product than most. 🤙 – Joseph Stark

This shop used to be great, but all the best bud tenders are gone, they have some that do alright but it's just not the same. They also run out of stuff a LOT and don't get it back for quite a while, like, months sometimes. After hearing about some of the staff experiences it sounds like the company isn't very good to their employees at all either, that Tate sounds like a nasty piece of work. So I'm going to pass on this place. If you care about the people you buy from everyday you should too. – Kody

I used to love the vault. And I still do, some days. Bert, justin, Robbie, Thor, Alex and Clayton all amazing people, who are always super helpful and have the best customer service. Best bud tenders in town for sure. This shop used to be my go to however lately I've been feeling anxious half the time I want to come in. Theres a certain blonde young incompetent employee there that if shes working I Will simply walk out and go across the street as I dont want to get trapped in there for 45 minutes being forced into conversation about how she did her nails or what songs from Taylor swift she likes. The amount of the times I've seen her crying to customers about various things is absurd. It sucks. This used to be my go to shop after a long day. Knowing I might get forced into a conversation and what seems like held captive though ain't worth it seems.. Ima take a break from this shop for awhile.
