This is my first time shopping with these guys and I can honestly say I’m impressed. I was going to originally place an order for an 8th amount of flower but ended up getting more for a good price. I spoke to the owner over the phone and he was very honest with me and kind enough to help me figure out the best flower I needed. He did just that. Very very disappointed! Been buying from this place for 3 years, I never had any issues until recently. I ordered 1 time, there is no follow up with my delivery, no eta, no gps where you can actually see or communicate with the driver. I have to call multiple times to check up, most times no anwser. First delivery took nearly 5 hours, 2nd delivery, I made order at 11am… at around 5pm he said he was outside after I had to call customer service (4 times). Long story short & it’s 7:04pm, & no one ever came. I tried to call back to let him know that no one came, but the line going straight to voice mail. This is so unprofessional, I literally stood outside for 20 mins… no driver, no product, just wasted time. If you want a reliable service please don’t waste your time. It’s hit & miss & a heavy smoker like me…. I can’t be waiting the next day, or 6 hours later for product, ESPECIALLY when I be putting in my orders early…. Also, the times on google & etc are not accurate. The guy told me 3pm-10pm thier open only, like what is going on?? – Erving Lawson

I ordered a delivery at 7:43pm and yet its 9:42pm, almost 10 which is the time they close. And I havent gotten a call or an email about my delivery. I tried to call customer service but their number said it was unavailable. Which makes no sense to me because it's supposed to be helping customers. And that did not help me at all. If you going to deliver from here. Dont, they dont give ANY notice on how long its gonna take and don't even call you if their not gonna show up 🙄 – Andréa Reeves

Was a great service a couple times and then I ordered at 730pm didnt see anything change after it being prepared called at 11pm was told it was on the way. And that was the last I ever heard of anyone even after calling and leaving a message. My order still says in route last I checked lol. Only reason its not a 1 star was because the people who you speak to are actually amazingly sweet. The issue is with delivery which is literally the whole point. Even had a driver try to push another person to buy from before and berate me for calling to check if they were coming after 3 hrs waiting even though it says 1hr from email. Which was only because I had to pee and didnt want to leave the area I planned for. Anyways, there are dispensaries literally everywhere anyways so who knows maybe they ran into trouble and thats why I didnt hear back from them now for like 4 days for even a "hey my bad" but I got a survey instead and I think thats rude af personally. – Anya Shevtsova
