Theory Wellness Chicopee: Recreational & Medical Cannabis Dispensary

When I was staying in Chicopee with my dog a couple of summers ago, this place was a blessing for us both actually. Ozzy is no longer with us, but he made it to 14 and I did buy pure CBD tablets here that I microdosed him with that greatly alleviated his arthritis pain. I myself was able to shop for excellent quality cannabis products while I was in Massachusetts to use in Massachusetts during my stay. It’s a huge savings here. It’s really nice people and excellent service and a great selection of products. I think it’s worth the trip a couple of exits more past Springfield if you’re coming up to Massachusetts. The people who work at Theory in Chicopee, MA are just simply awesome. They listen and give advice or just an ear or a hug when needed. They never rush people out the door. * I do not normally write bad reviews if any at all so listen up* So they supposedly ran out of sleeves for the DISTILLATE concentrate applicators and instead have been using RSO applicator sleeves to sell the DISTILLATE applicators for a bit. When my mom saw it labeled RSO at home she called. Next time she went in she brought the package she said something to them and they reassured her that it was DISTILLATE and not RSO (she hadn't opened the package yet, it was indeed distillate). She just went today and bought what she thought was DISTILLATE in a RSO sleeve as its been for a little while now, gets home, opens the package guess what's there? A RSO applicator in a RSO sleeve. She called complained and the MANAGER told her there's nothing they can do once its left the store. Most dispensaries, including the ones I've worked at, don't allow you to open the bag until you leave the property mind you, and will threaten to ban you smh. At the LEAST because it was your mistake to begin with, and was brought to your attention, you should have replaced her product. She ordered DISTILLATE. And after she complains about the first time she suddenly gets an RSO at this point its not worth it concentrates are not cheap and you are a medical establishment. I'll come here from time to time for a cart. The bud is okay. The selection is great but the quality is poor in my opinion. I prefer going to MAC down the street. You can't beat $3-8 prerolls. I was coming here for accessories for a while, until the last two times I went everything on the floor "didn't exist in the computer" So I walked away empty handed.
