Dispensary staff was pleasant and have no complaints towards them. However, their prices are literally some of the highest in the state and take no account for the actual going price for established products. On top of this, I am no longer eligible for the 25% off for first time customers, even though the only time I have shopped at this location was in 2024, which was before they offered said discount. Overall even with the inflated Ohio market, there is nothing here to warrant a specific trip to this location. They offer no unique/substantial deals, have an even more limited stock than most places in state, and charge more on top of it. – Stephen Jessie
Went here for the first time and had a great experience. Megan helped me find the products that I needed and recommended a Rove vaporizer with live rosin. They were out of stock at the time and so she gave me one of her personal batteries that was brand new so I could try it! The Rove is easily one of the smoothest vapes I've ever used. I'm literally sitting in their parking lot writing this. What a nice place. Both the people I dealt with were super friendly. I don't think I was in there more than 2 minutes. It was my first time there and I got 30% off. I didn't even know I'd get that. Right off the highway and a cool place. And the real reason I came here is the prices were good . This was my first time visiting this location, and I have to say, the experience was outstanding! Fred provided the ultimate customer service. He went above and beyond, taking the time to lay out different options based on my preferences and making sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
