Trey was absolutely amazing! We came in knowing what we wanted, and he really took the time to listen and understand our needs. Even though they didn’t have the exact products we were looking for, Trey made the whole experience comfortable and easy, helping us find great alternatives that still fit what we wanted. Every time I go they have unreal deals and the best customer service no matter if it’s 3am or 3pm. One of the workers “Mo” was so patient and kind. He was very knowledgeable with every insane question I had and helped me understand every aspect of what I was about to buy. He helped me pick out my new favorite strain and had the same amount of patience throughout the entire order even when other customers started joining the queue. Okay so I came by and when I hit the drive thru window some kid put a sign saying on break I did not notice and kept sitting he could of gived me a heads up! I came inside to make my purchased complained and the manager guy was giving me an attitude saying he went on break, okay so when I'm making my purchase he's like standing there the whole time… and as soon as I'm leaving he says if I have problem and goes off on me and bans me for the store because he's a lil power hungry indivual who wasn't able to beat me with words! I was just complaining lol dude literally is ego driven and it shouldn't be like that as l have spend over $10K on this store over the years! He refused to give me hes name everything is on camera as you guys record everything and you'll be able to see the conversation of this kid! The selection here is Great that's why I always come here but no way some kid that has a manager title is so conceited he really think he can do what he wants! Preety much he escalated a situation, and when I came at him with the clients point of view he’s ego couldn’t handle it and proceeded to ban me… This kid is what we call a liability! – Jesus

I love Thrive! Jacob is definitely my favorite bud tender! He has shown us all whole new level when it comes to picking strains. He has tought us all about terps. Which ones do what and it has opened a whole new look on marijuana. All the bud tenders are excellent but Jacob has just been the best. Highly recommend Thrive North Las Vegas! – Bryan Avey
