Been coming here for years never had a bad experience until Bianca started working here and each time I’ve had to interact with her she has been increasingly unpleasant the final straw was treated super poorly by her for no reason after she asked me if I wanted to pay for some random man’s purchase after. After I said no and asked her why she thought that was ok to ask me. She was even worse to deal with; I asked questions about the batteries because I was in need of a new one only to be met with snarky remarks and poor customer service when asking what the price difference was for with the two models also asked if there was any good deals going on for the day in carts. When I asked if there was anyone else working that could help me because of how rude and aggressive she was getting she started to move on to the next customer and without answer me and got annoyed when I still wanted to make a purchase. Never have I been treated this poorly at any shop in Anchorage. I called and spoke with a “manager” and was basically rushed off the phone by being told I’d be “hooked up” next time we stop by and I was also told an owner would be calling me back with some type of resolution. Stopped by a few times after with no “hook up” and never received a call back or an apology. We went to close our accounts today and was helped by the owner still did not receive an apology about being treated so poorly. The entire situation was completely swept under the rug. After years of loyalty bummer to say goodbye because of poor customer service and lack of follow through. – Em Lee
Ehhhhhh, its alright. the bud is ok at times,its good for the price of the bud. Sometimes when I get the recommended bud they give me some trash bud with a seeds. BIGGEST PROBLEM, is that in every ounce I get there is always some type of strain of hair from somebody, literally every ounce i buy. I recently bought an ounce of Blueberry Cupacke an you won't believe how many stains of hair there was on different buds👎 – Preston Bean
I love the new refrigerator it's bigger with more selection. Good weed. I love the snack selection, although it isnt like Fred Meyers, it's nice. And the budtenders are actually kind and not lazy. – Sandra Choi
dude Tyler is the GOAT, always super helpful and friendly. I used to be kinda meh about this place but it is super convenient so I’d go but since Tyler started here I’m always stoked to come by and re up and chat for a bit. Homeboy deserves a raise fr, my wife and I asked him about his schedule even so we can plan to visit when he is there because he makes the whole experience that much better. – jokerxcore
