Its a great store. Good flower concentrates and other products. Great prices too! First time there and was impressed. Clean store, comfortable and well organized and readable displays. Been a customer for years. The other day I was asked why was I was receiving an honored level discount. I have no idea. Didn't ask for it or sign up for it. I was asked 20 other questions that I did not have an adequate answer to. Neither did the employee. Hold the employee or your store, or system accountable. It was an employee who had use of the computer & put me in that box. It's the responsibility of the score keeper to keep score. Now I feel bad that I had been receiving a discount I never signed up for. I did not in any way appreciate that I was questioned as if I had any knowledge of this matter. It could have been handled differently. I have terrible anxiety & I left feeling like a POS. I have a hard time going anywhere cause of weird shit just like this. I no longer feel comfortable in the store, that is here to help me… Do not say sorry you feel this way either. That's not an apology. – Crystal Moore
