I've always had great experiences with top shelf wellness. And I say this as someone who has actually been an employee here. (Years ago) I love top shelf it's awesome and they usually have things before a lot of other people do. Find me anybody else with 2 gram carts?! The edibles are fair price the extracts are extremely cheap. bud, I will say you do pay a premium on. James in the front is awesome I always love running into him. Also there being a location in Medford and White City, they are always close to me, emotionally and physically. Also I keep seeing this exit bag scam? The reason you don't need the exit back for some items is because they aren't in childproof packaging. There is no such thing as an exit bag scam. And also those bags are really great to have on hand put sandwiches in them use them at the river and they're not getting wet! – Hasher McBudz

Ok after trying to be a regular I can no longer deal with this place. 1st changed point system with zero warning , eating 300 dollars of points. Without even a email. I then gave them another shot, after saving another 250 dollars in points I went in to use them . As today was threaded Thursday. Which entitled me another 10% off that carts I was buying. This guy tried to tell me I couldn’t use MY POINTS and the 10% discount. One or the other…. He was wrong and this is allowed. He just did not want to be wrong. I will NEVER go back! I have full blown ptsd, I spend hundreds a month at this place, sometimes thousands. Update: went in after they answered my complaint. They then decided to not honor the 10% off I got for bringing in my top shelf bag I was conned into buying for 3.00 that would entitle me for 10% off on Tuesday. I was told that never happened. Well I’m taking my receipt with the 3.00 purchase of a top shelf bag and I’m putting a complaint in with the BBB. This place has shown a pattern of ripping me off a regular every opportunity they can. BAD GREEDY PEOPLE! Do not go here! – Jesse Mrieg
Don’t buy the cheap prepackaged bags, they’re reaallllly cheap. I bought 7 grams of Tropsicle which was only $8 but it had actual seeds all throughout it. I haven’t picked through weed for seeds since high school and it was rare then. I thought I had forgotten the taste of a burned seed but thanks to Top Shelf I have not. The seeds are tiny so even if you try real hard, they slip through. I always buy the stuff that’s on sale all throughout Oregon and California and have never encountered seeds.
