It was my first time shopping at Torches NYC, and I had a great experience! I was helped out by Rich who off the bat was extremely personable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I explained what I typically like and the effects I was looking for. He walked me through a few thoughtful strain recommendations and was very confident in his guidance, which I appreciated. He clearly knows the products and took the time to recommend options that actually made sense for me, including some new strains I’m excited to try. If you haven’t been here yet, go. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. Everyone is friendly, and the prices are excellent—there are always solid deals and promotions. Trust me I have been to every store in the Midtown area and this is by far the easiest , best prices and best staff. I’m telling you. I did the work y’all. And no I don’t work here. It’s fast and easy. When I order ahead, my order is ready in 5–10 minutes. Even when I order in person, it’s usually ready by the time I reach the register. They also offer a first responder discount, which is both generous and genuinely appreciated. More businesses should find ways to support volunteers and first responders. No, EMTs aren’t getting high on the job. We take our responsibilities seriously, and like anyone else, we deal with real-world stress too. Much respect all around.
