I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now and usually have a great experience, but tonight left a bad taste. The female budtender with slicked-back hair working the 9pm shift was dismissive and rude. I mentioned a deal I had received just the night before—spent $15 and got a free dab—but she refused to honor it, claiming I needed to spend $20. No flexibility, no courtesy, just attitude. It honestly felt like she was making up her own rules, which is frustrating when I’ve never had issues before. I always tip and show respect to the staff, so this experience was disappointing and makes me question returning. I hope management takes this seriously. Please do better. – M
