Trulieve Rockville Dispensary

After telling myself I wouldn't make mention of the disgusting actions/remarks a supervisor(?) made towards a gentleman who was a wounded veteran with clear cognitive difficulties, I had to share my experience as a person that was offput by such ignorance. The supervisor, a young lady with glasses.. umm, Audrey, I believe was her name.. made it a personal objective to ridicule a gentleman that took his time on his order because he was having difficulty functioning "normally" to make a quick and concise decision. After showing clear discontent for the time the man was taking, before the gentleman is even out from the sales floor/earshot, she proceeds, to tell a more "preferred" customer, to call the man an "idiot" for "not having the brains to read the line and not take so long on their order when there are others in line…" The rest of the team was fantastic and were working to the best of their abilities to serve everyone with the same care and attention, but it goes to note that with an individual like that in a position of prominence, or seemingly so, the store will most definitely continue to see it's share of uphill battles. – Wilson Coriander

I only went to Trulieve because of a sale. After waiting about 20 minutes in line I realized I was overcharged and the sale prices weren’t applied to my preorder. Instead of fixing it properly, I was offered a random pre-roll I didn’t want, even though I was overcharged by more than that. The situation became so confusing I had to stand there doing the math like it was a group project I never agreed to. What should’ve been a quick fix turned into another 15 minutes of frustration and held up the line. – Leila

My boyfriend and I LOVE Trulieve! They are TRULY😂 the best! The customer service is fantastic, and usually pretty fast. They are also very personable and take the time to understand you and your needs. I want to stay a big thank you to Brandon and Alexis! They are awesome and always so kind! Dissapointing experience overall. The staff were friendly, but the product knowledge and recommendations didn’t match what I needed. I asked for guidance on cartridges and ended up with suggestions that were a poor fit and, honestly, not worth the money. EDIT: They did not know the difference between distillates or live resins. This was purely a lack of knowledge of inventories product. The intake/check-in process also felt unnecessarily messy. I was pushed back to “anonymous,” then someone in the back spent several minutes trying to create a profile, only to realize my profile already existed from a visit years ago. It was a frustrating waste of time. Between the slow intake and the bad recommendations, I left feeling like I’d wasted both time and money on product I don’t even want to use. I went to ReLeaf nearby afterward and had a much better experience in terms of selection and staff knowledge. – A L
