Highly recommend this foundation . They have always been very energetic and so comfortable to talk to. They have great variety of items to get you going on the adventure you need , and also they have great customer service from their security guards doing their job greatly to the management providing great information to what you need info on. I’m honestly really disappointed in the customer service I received today. I’ve been a loyal customer at this dispensary for quite some time, and I’m usually met with kindness and familiarity—even most of the staff know me and my dog by name. Unfortunately, today was a completely different experience. One of the associates had a clear attitude from the start. When I asked about available inventory, she responded with unnecessary hostility, making me feel like I was being a burden for simply inquiring. When I received my order, it was handed off and dismissed without so much as eye contact—let alone basic courtesy. She tossed my bag on the counter and walked off without a word. When I brought this up to the manager on duty, he gave me a thumbs up and “got it”—no apology, no resolution. That was the moment I knew my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I spend real money here and deserve to be treated like a valued customer, not an inconvenience. I sincerely hope this is addressed, because the energy and professionalism at this location today were not it. -signed a very upset customer… You never know what somebody’s going through for the day but as your job to represent customer service and the company, this was definitely not it. You literally never know what type of day somebody had and I will only keep reiterating that. – Jovahnai Carter

My son says their is a lot of potential for this dispensary and their staff. Me personally have had some good times with the flower be brings home; I believed him when he said it was a great day to stop by and take a look around and just communicate. They have some pretty good flower and the staff knows how to make you feel good about your purchase and time in . Y'all go check this place out and don't be afraid to share!. – Carmen Marzette

I go here weekly and I love their daily BOGO deals especially on baked bros which have a unique CBDv in its mix. I'm remembered every time I come in too. They all call me by name and I find them amazing. The staff is incredible. tip: order in the morning online (preorder) and get close to open. Wait times are almost non-existent when you do that and you do get priority with online orders than you would if you're just walking in. I came in on a Thursday around 7:40 and it was pretty busy but because I pre-ordered I got called in almost immediately despite every chair being filled with those who have been waiting. I also love how the deals are consistent. it makes for easy planning. I recommend the edibles dragon fruit with cordyceps , baked bros unwind and happy, copperstate.or the RSO syringe things which are an insane bang for the buck. I'm just an edible type person and I love the collection. – Hannah Griffiths
