Terrible experience. First time customer. Website said they were open, so I drove 50 minutes to get there. No parking. Had to walk 10 minutes in 95 degree heat only to get there and they had a sign on the door saying they were closed. Called number on website and Brian said they were only doing curbside pickups which means you order online then they text you with an address for you to pick up the product. I consider this very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will never try again. – Keith Krasnansky

Not gonna lie, I was a little hesitant at first when I saw Trippy Wizard went online-only. No storefront anymore, just a website and a text? Sounded kinda sketchy to me. But I decided to give it a shot — and I’m glad I did. You place your order on their site, and then they follow up with a text to walk you through everything. They’ll let you know where to meet based on when you’re free. It’s actually pretty organized once you go through it. Products are top quality, prices are fair, and the people running it are chill and respectful. It’s low-key but very put-together. Don’t let the new setup throw you off — it works. – Bruce Ilanga

seamless, easiest curbside pick up in dupont area. with everything going on in dc with in store shopping being shut down trippy has kept up with their quality, potency tested products, and knowledgable staff. They also offer delivery! Tip the curbside staff and delivery drivers and ignore closed sign on door. no in store shopping but give them a call and theyll get u straight. EDIT 4/5: THEY ARE OPEN despite what other reviews say. there is just no in-store shopping. everything is curbside pick up and delivery. closest option to in-store shopping is a curbside pick up. ready in about 10 mins but you can let them know your ETA and schedule your order ahead of time. – Anna Gushard-Edwards
