Ultra Health Dispensary Bernalillo

Placed an order before the store opened. I have never had an issue ordering with other dispensaries. I usually get the text to pickup an hour, maybe two at most. My order was confirmed 3 hours after opening time. Then my order stayed on “preparing order”. For the rest of the store hours! They never completed it! I waited all day, for nothing! Maybe walking in is better. I wouldn’t hold my breath. Bad business. Really bad for medical patients. Thanks for nothing Ultra!! – Amber

Nice folks, Good Deals. Affordable Hash. Flower is not trimmed, ATM is always broken, Products and strains are never consistent. I just wish they would trim the flower a little better. Or at all, for that matter. I always get the feeling that the people in charge of trimming really don't care. The folks at the front of the house are nice enough, but they state that it is not their job to trim anything. …and that leaves it up to the folks in the back. Either way, I can't help but feel a little bit ripped off when I get home and actually look at what I was sold. Seriously, I haven't had to spend so much time cleaning weed since I was in middle school. Sticks, Stems, Leaves, Seeds, and all. Yeah, it's pretty bad. At the bottom of each bag, there is always a lot of wasted weight that just gets thrown out. To be fair, the hash and sugar wax prices are pretty good, if you shop on select days. However, there really is no consistency with any of the strains or products, so it can really be hit or miss. Additionally, the traffic congestion makes getting out an absolute nightmare. You can easily spend 45 minutes just waiting at the stop light if you time it wrong. Lastly, these folks only take cash. Which I guess is ok, but I personally haven't used cash since 2008. The inconvenience is multiplied by the fact that the lone ATM is out of order and has never worked once in the past six months. Again, not a big deal, just all the little disappointments add up in the end. I really wanted to give this place a glowing, Five Star review. Sadly, at the end of the day I think a solid 3 stars is being pretty generous. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for. – Hart Mind Soul

This dispensary rocks and so do their employees. I have been going there for over 3 years now and I've only had one problem, and one only, I do not like grape and had purchased a grape strain so Stephanie the mgr made it all right. How many dispensaries do that.. One of the greatest things is they weigh it out right in front of you. You get to look at stuff close up and get a good whiff. The staff are very knowledgeable and help you pick out strains based on whatever health problem you have. – This Sucks

The employees are very professional, helpful, extremely knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable. Ultra Health Dispensary has a good variety of products. There's plenty of parking space. There's handicap parking & handicap accessible entrance into the building. Inside Ultra Health is kept very clean & its a super chill atmosphere! I will always be a loyal customer. My friends & family love Ultra Health Dispensary & i hope many more people will find they absolutely love it as much as i do! Keep up the good work Ultra Health! – Marcelina Romero
