I'm giving this store 2 stars because there's always a line because they only have two people working. One security guard and one bud tender. I don't even blame them for the situation because Larry the security guard and Randi or Brandi the bud tender are the only ones I ever see actually working and they handle these lines alone. I'm a frequent customer. There is other staff but they are never scheduled as far as I can tell and the other guy came out of his truck smoking smelling louder than the inside of the store. I don't think you're supposed to smoke the product. I think he's probably the one messing up the pre-rolls because I know I got sold one that was not a sativa and they claimed it was. If I was the supervisor I would be stopping by this store more often and I've never seen a manager on duty. I think Brandi and Larry deserve a raise and a day off! These other staff need to be scheduled and supervised better. Both your employees and your customers are suffering the consequences of having only two people there. The response I got just proves what kind of manager these people are working under. Just because you only require two doesn't mean only two is needed. The guy you say was on his day off got out of the truck after smoking and got behind the counter to take a sale. Don't try hiding it all and making excuses. – Joie Ray
