I went in to grab something before they closed right around 11:00 p.m. and usually the customer service is great. There was a confrontation that happened right before I ordered about a homeless person asking everybody to buy him something from the store. The female was helping me she handled the situation great although Male wasn't too professional and even use profanity in front of the customers he was helping I usually don't have a problem with the store but that wasn't a professional manner to deal with the situation. – Danamark Oxereok

Cool place decent prices, just allways low on supplies at awkward moments sometimes and a lot of the menu was moved to the other location they opened – Dj Bobcat201

Ive been here a lot, but the service has gone very downhill. I wasn't greeted by a friendly face, I asked about affordable options and wasn't treated with respect. I got mumbles and dismissive tones. With so many options in town I will not be coming here ever again. Bad prices, and bad energy. We can do better – Kyler “Jet” Teske

I have been using Uncle Herb's for many years. Last time I was in the young lady at the counter was not nice at all. I asked about the price of one of the packs. She sighed,rolled her eyes, looked down at the menu and said regular price…I said that did not answer the question. She said in a snarky voice "it's on the menu". Acted put out to any questions asked. I walked away without buying anything and found another shop. Very disappointed in your budtender. – Lynda Lewis
