Well, all you people are very nice really you are. I love the atmosphere. I love how you respect people and talk to them and explain things to them two thumbs up on that. It’s only one person in there. That is very rude that I try to stay away from but the rest use. I love it. I love Upstate CannaCo. All of the staff are genuinely pleasant and very knowledgeable. They offer a great variety of brands with a wide range of selections. They also have a rewards program, which is a great touch. Britney is amazing—she always encourages me to try different brands while still meeting my preferences. Failure of service after faulty product. Was sold a burnt cart right off rip, went back to the store to see if they would replace it and was told “we can’t help you if you don’t like the flavor” I guess their new flavor is burnt cotton? Safe to say I will never come here again. There are better places around here that actually know how to treat loyal customers. Try Royale Flower if you want professionalism. – Jake MacNeil
