I just moved to Vista about a month ago. Urban leaf was closest to me and I am grateful. Each experience I've had there was positive. Great staff and very knowledgeable. Kyle was the last person that helped me and I must say, attitude is everything for me and his, along with everyone else's have been great. Good vibes all day. Had a great experience at Urbn Leaf thanks to Jeffrey. He was incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it came to landrace and lesser-known strains. It’s rare to find someone who really listens, understands what you’re looking for, and can guide you to the right product without rushing or upselling. On top of that, his hospitality was top-tier. Welcoming, grounded, and made the whole visit feel relaxed and comfortable. I left feeling confident in my purchase and genuinely appreciated as a customer. This is painful to write but I’m officially done with Urban Leaf Vista. The store staff is always awesome and the product is consistently excellent! That is why it has so many 5 stars and positive reviews. I agree with most of those comments. However, here are a few issues that piled up in my end that dragged a potential 5 star down to a 3. – I’ve had numerous issues with online order payment and have had to come into the store to straighten out. Luckily the staff is helpful and genuinely want to help. – I’ve had an online order that I paid for not go through and the store staff helped me find a workaround as my debit card nor the atm was working. The guy in store was beyond cool but the experience was ridiculous. – I’ve had an item, that I paid for, not included with the rest of my order. I didn’t notice until a few days and while the staff tried to help, it was never rectified. – This week, the Urban Leaf website didn’t flag that I was over my limit without a medical card. The site used to not let you check out if you were over but it did this time. The store or someone sent me a text with the issue but they were not helpful in any capacity. I'll chalk this one up to a dysfunctional business policy so I can't blame the employee. I've just had too bad experiences with the company’s operations and attention to detail over the past few years so it's time to move on. Again, there is nothing wrong with the store staff, product or in person vibes but why would I keep giving my money to a business that continues to frustrate me? I won't. For the sake of others out there that may feel my pain, I just hope they "do better" before they lose more customers. They are not the only game in town and having that mentality will sink your ship fast. – Otto
