I want to give a special shoutout to Beatriz…I had a very frustrating experience that resulting in me resorting to leave a review. Today I spoke with Beatriz and explained my review and situation, and she was able to have a discussion very nice and professionally with me about this site’s standard operations. She also took the time to understand my frustration and made sure I was able to get my order just before closing. This is the quality and high standard of customer service I strive to see wherever I go and Beatriz exemplified that to the highest degree. Thank you so much once again.
